Return Policy
Grocery items are non returnable due to the consumable nature of the products. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free exchange as applicable.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7-day return policy if damaged, defective or different item has been delivered to you , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@AMPMSTORE.IN .Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If the exchange is approved from our end the product will be delivered to you within 5-7 days
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days
We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In all cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 48 hours. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
